What do I need to know about exhibiting?
Exhibit Information
Technical Exhibit Rates (Minimum 10' x 10')
Space
• $31.50 per square foot for preferred exhibitors
• $47.25 per square foot for standard exhibitors
Corner
• $350.00 per corner for preferred exhibitors
• $525.00 per corner for standard exhibitors
Booth Extras
Premium
Select 10' x 10' spaces are indicated on the floor plan (link to floor plan)
• $250.00 additional per 10' x 10'
Contiguous Aisle
Aisles between contiguous exhibitor space
• $15.75 per square foot for preferred exhibitors
• $23.75 per square foot for standard exhibitors
Second-Level Exhibit
Two-story exhibits with product/equipment displays on the second level will be assessed a surcharge on the total square footage of the second level
• $15.75 per square foot for preferred exhibitors
• $23.75 per square foot for standard exhibitors
