Host an Off-Site Event

Two types of off-site events can be arranged.

Function Space
Exhibitors may request function space at any hotel within the RSNA block by submitting the Function Space Request Form. Function space will be allocated to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to Rule 18 of the Rules and Regulations for more information regarding function space.

Non-RSNA Satellite Symposia
Non-RSNA Satellite Symposia are educational functions that include a formal presentation or procedural instruction and do not conflict with the RSNA meeting schedule. The symposia cannot offer CME.

Fees
$3,500 per event (non-refundable)

Non-RSNA Satellite Symposium Request Form available beginning June 3.
