In July, an email will be sent to the exhibiting company's primary contact with their personalized User ID and password to use for editing/viewing your exhibitor profile. Can I set up my own booth?
In a booth of 300 square feet or less, a full-time employee of the exhibiting company may conduct their own assembly and decorating work without the use of a power tool or ladder. This work rule does not mean you must do this work yourself. You may continue to have this work done by the official service contractor's workers or an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC).
What is an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)?
An EAC is any contractor other than official RSNA contractors for labor, supervision or any other service. Requests to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor must be submitted on or before October 10. No requests, addenda or substitutions received after that deadline will be approved. Only requests from exhibitors (not EACs) will be considered. Click here to register your EAC.
