What do I need to know about exhibiting?

Badges
Each exhibiting company will receive five complimentary badges for each 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased. A $40 fee will be assessed for each badge produced over the complimentary allotment. No refunds will be issued for badges purchased but not used. Exhibitor registration will be available beginning June 3. The advance registration deadline is November 4. Booth badges ordered by this date will be shipped to the official representative prior to the meeting. It is the representative's responsibility to distribute badges prior to arrival at McCormick Place.

Housing
A housing letter will be mailed to all exhibitors on or around May 13. Exhibitors will use either Block Housing or Individual Housing. The housing formula (three
rooms per 100 square feet of purchased exhibit space) determines which one to use.

  • Exhibitors requiring 25 rooms or more must submit a Block Housing form.
  • Block Housing assignments are based on the same priority point system used for exhibit space assignments.
  • Exhibitors requiring fewer than 25 rooms may access the housing bureau's Web site to reserve hotel rooms beginning June 3. Please note that Individual Housing is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
