Introducing a new software product or upgrade? Want to take advantage of the RSNA annual meeting venue to offer user training on your application? You can conduct hands-on computer workshop sessions in a classroom environment, giving potential or current customers first-hand experience or advanced training on your proprietary systems. The deadline to apply is May 29, 2009.

Thursday, December 3
10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Classroom Details
Each classroom is 40' x 32' (1,280 sq. ft.) and may not exceed 30 participants per session. You may expand the size of a classroom to 40' x 40'.

Space Rates
$15.00 per square foot (Minimum 40' x 32' or 1,280 sq. ft.)

What you get:

Standard 40' x 32' classroom with 9'-high walls and ceiling
Locking entry door with window
Two HVAC units
Fully carpeted floor
Exterior classroom signs (company logo and session titles)
Advance and onsite ticketing for each session
Assistance with workshop evaluation forms
Promotion online and in selected printed meeting materials

The deadline to apply to host a Hands-on Computer Workshop is May 29, 2009. After May 30, applications will be accepted, but full promotion of the workshop cannot be guaranteed.
