Conduct a Hands-on Computer Workshop

Introducing a new software product or upgrade? Want to take advantage of the RSNA annual meeting venue to offer user training on your application? You can conduct hands-on computer workshop sessions in a classroom environment, giving potential or current customers first-hand experience or advanced training on your proprietary systems. The deadline to apply is May 29, 2009.

Hands-on Computer Workshops
South Building, Hall A
Sunday, November 29–Wednesday, December 2
10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Thursday, December 3
10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Classroom Details
Each classroom is 40' x 32' (1,280 sq. ft.) and may not exceed 30 participants per session. You may expand the size of a classroom to 40' x 40'.

Space Rates
$15.00 per square foot (Minimum 40' x 32' or 1,280 sq. ft.)

What you get:

  • Standard 40' x 32' classroom with 9'-high walls and ceiling
  • Locking entry door with window
  • Two HVAC units
  • Fully carpeted floor
  • Exterior classroom signs (company logo and session titles)
  • Advance and onsite ticketing for each session
  • Assistance with workshop evaluation forms
  • Promotion online and in selected printed meeting materials

The deadline to apply to host a Hands-on Computer Workshop is May 29, 2009. After May 30, applications will be accepted, but full promotion of the workshop cannot be guaranteed.
